The All New Superior Composite Construction HexSite® Sighting System is now available for all GLOCK Pistols, including AirSoft GLOCKS.
The front sight is a newly engineered design that cannot be found on any other sighting system. The primary function of positioning hexagon shapes on the front post sight is to absorb light from reflecting back into the shooters face, thereby, allowing the shooter to maintain focus on the threat and not on reflected light. On close examination of the front sight, you will find multiple hexagon shapes that are embedded into the front post. All of the shapes are positioned on a 45 degree angle to absorb and deflect a shooters worst enemy, reflected light. Research data shows that this configuration reduces the reflective area of the surface of the front sight post by an estimated 83.3%. A clear and unobstructed focus on a threat is critical in a combat shooting situation, and anything that can be done to reduce distractions to the shooter is a major benefit to a successful lethal encounter.
1) Over Molded Metal Core Components with HexZite-22™, a Glass Filled Metal Replacement Engineering Casting Polymer that is temperature stable, chemical resistant and more "robust" than Carbon Steel. This Polymer is of the same type currently found in the Glock Pistol, with composition improvements to better meet the requirements.
2) And a totally new "user friendly" mounting system that does not require custom fitting or gunsmithing
3) Also included in the set are three varying height Front Sights, with the much improved "honeycombed" sight face to better accommodate the fast and consistent "Zero" on each pistol.

Don't just acquire your target....
Put a HexSite® Sighting System on 'em!

The HexSite® Sighting System is a revolution
in target acquisition.
For the first time ever, there is a target acquisition sight whose form and function was designed with medical, psychological, and combative research in every element.
We've often heard the old adages:
"Train like you fight, and fight like you train." or "You won't rise to the occasion, you'll default to your level of training."
Yet how many people experience the true symptoms of "fight or flight" while they are training. "When faced with a threat,... the body's defenses kick into high gear in a process known as the "fight or flight” response. The sympathetic nervous system pumps out adrenaline, preparing us for emergency action"1. The symptoms of this "chemical dump" are an evolutionary response to increase the likelihood of survival when your life is on the line. The symptoms of "fight or flight" include:
increased heart rate
increased blood flow to the large muscles
the blood vessels under the skin constrict to prevent blood loss
the pupils dilate, and the lens becomes less convex
the eye loses it ability to maintain clear focus on targets at close distances
focus and attention is drawn toward far distant viewing, toward infinity
According toDr. Edward C. Godnig, O.D., FCOVD of the Police Policy Studies Council:
“It is not possible during the first few seconds after entering into the BAR to clearly focus upon the front sights of a gun. A shooter’s visual focusing and attention is drawn to focus toward far distant viewing, toward infinity…During the immediate stages of the BAR, the lens becomes less convex in shape and this results in an optical shift of focus resulting in clear focus only while viewing distant targets.”2
So if we know that it is impossible to focus on the front sight of a firearm during the fight or flight response, than why do so many people do it in training?

Didn't your mamma teach you that it's not polite to stare...
...at your sights?
HexSite® Sighting System is the only combat sight designed not to be looked at while fighting. While bull's-eye target shooters have a long history of focusing on the front sight to achieve enormous levels of precision, combat shooters have a more important task; neutralize the threat as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Combat shooters must engage and neutralize enemy threats that are mobile, unpredictable, and sometimes irrational. The fight or flight response that requires the shooter to focus only on the distant threat is appropriate to achieve those objectives.
If you're looking at your sights instead of the bad guy, your chances for survival dramatically decrease.
See for yourself!
(target in focus, site out of focus)
Focus the HexSite® sight aperture on a rock or bush on the tan hillside. No matter the color or shape, the target will always appear brighter than the aperture, because the dark color of the HexSite® sight contrasts with the natural lighter colors within the target zone.
If there is not sufficient light to contrast the target from the sights, then there is not sufficient light to contrast, say... an armed aggressor from a school child. That would be a NO-SHOOT!
Notice how the hexagonal aperture draws the human eye to its precise center.
Front Sight Focus
(target out of focus, site in focus)
With front sight focus, about 3 feet from your face, the world begins to look a little blurry. The time for decisions has past. Did you miss the opportunity...did your target move....are you sure that your target is an armed aggressor?
Traditional Sighting procedures that focus on the front sight while discharging the weapon, directly violate Universal Gun handling rule #4:
Know your target and what is beyond! "Be absolutely sure you have identified your target beyond any doubt. Equally important, be aware of the area beyond your target".

Why do I need a HexSite® Sighting System for Combat target focused shooting?
HexSite® sight is the only combat sight that draws the focus of the shooter toward the target, and can still be aligned in the secondary unfocused plain of view.
Circular apertures are not able to accomplish this, because they lack crisp lines to distinguish the center of the circle. They may allow for focus to be placed on a target, and to some degree allow for sight alignment, but ghost ring apertures do not draw the shooter's attention toward the target at the precise center of the aperture.
As in any revolutionary design, Goshen's HexSite® sighting system challenges conventional thinking, and in that process, brings forth some startling discoveries.

Why doesn't the HexSite® Sighting System have night sights?
HexSite® sight is utility patented because it works differently. It accommodates an inborn survival mindset, while night sights work against it.
The HexSite® sighting system does not have night sights because:
except in day light, night sights will always appear brighter than the target, thereby minimizing the light signature emanating from the target. If everything downrange appears darker than your sights, you have no manner in which to distinguish your target from a non-aggressor;
the brightness of night sights draw your attention away from the target, even though your eyes can not focus on near objects such as the sights during a fight or flight response;
night sights can reveal your position. Like a cigarette in the dark, night sights give your firearm the highest light value and thus make it and you an easy target;
night sights increase mental tasking, and force the shooter to either bypass them completely in a rush to shoot or give the enemy a few seconds edge-wise;

The HexSite® sight is not obstructive because you look through it ... at the threat area.
HexSite® sight design is to be used with both eyes open – binocular vision –full view of the target area and full peripheral vision! Closing one eye results in vision reduction of 60% to 70%;
All sighting is done by light value contrast. The eye gravitates to subjects of highest (brightest) light value. The rear HexSite® sight's concavity makes it consistently the lowest light value in any environment, so visual focus is drawn to the always-lighter target area;
HexSite® Sighting System gives you a full, clear, unobstructed threat picture – with both eyes open – in all but a pitch black (no target, no-shoot) environment. But with even the slightest starlight or ambient light, the HexSite® sight presents a better target picture and gets you on-subject faster;
HexSite® sight is a battle sight, congenial to competitive shooting under stress.HexSite® sighting system is currently not allowed in certain competitions because it was said that the HexSite® sight gives an unfair advantage to the shooter. Well, we like unfair advantages and so should you;
HexSite® sight's graduated-profile will not snag clothing or holsters, nor will it hinder concealed carry.
